Welcome to The History of Music Mods.

While I was listening to some old computer music mods one day I decided to create a little tribute to music mods in cyberspace.

So here it is. A site explaining the origins of music mods, an overview of "the scene", example works from a mod legend, Radix, and also some of his more recent work.

Thanks to everyone who mails me about the website and Radix/Mosiak, it's great to know there are so many fellow fans out there! People occasionally ask why I don't put Mosaik's latest mp3's here. Well this site is really about mods and I used Radix (being one of my favourite module composers) as an example of the genre/scene. If you want his latest tracks check his website regularly (see links page)!
